CURRENT WORK

NIMALS; Paring down animal to basic quadrupedal form, the patterns arriving in the lines which move over the body from one foot to another. The work is hand built ceramic with bronze tips. This is painted in many layers, each sanded back until the surface is as smooth as possible without losing the matt finish. The bronze leaf forming the pattern uses a newly developed variegating technique which gives the artist a veritable paintbox of choices.
